Policies & participation terms
Summary of the main conditions. The full terms are accepted in the Family Portal at enrollment, and each enrollment records the version accepted.
Eligibility
Athletes aged 10 to 16 at the time of the edition, accompanied by a parent or legally authorized guardian for the entire program.
Pricing
Prices are published in US dollars per athlete and per companion. Each enrollment keeps the price and conditions accepted at that moment, even if prices change later.
Payments
After the group is confirmed: 30% deposit, balance in installments according to the available time, full payment 45 days before arrival. Late enrollments pay in full.
Payments through partner academies
When a family joins through a partner academy, payments may be collected by the academy and remitted to STSB. Your portal shows when the academy received a payment and when STSB reconciled it.
Documents
Passport copies, minor travel authorization, medical form and image consent are required before travel. Sensitive information is visible only to the staff who need it.
Changes & cancellations
Changes to the schedule caused by weather, sporting calendar or availability are replaced by equivalent alternatives. Cancellation and refund rules are detailed in the full terms.
Image use
Image authorization is separate from the participation terms and can be declined without affecting participation.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to run the program, store it securely and apply retention and deletion policies. Legal texts are validated for the Brazilian operation and the US audience.
