Program
Who can participate?+
Athletes aged 10 to 16 at the time of the edition, always accompanied by a parent or legally authorized guardian for the entire program.
Is the guardian really required?+
Yes. This is not a drop-off camp: every athlete travels with a responsible adult who takes part in the program.
Is this an official Santos FC program?+
No. ST Sports Brasil hires experienced professionals from Brazilian soccer. This does not represent an official partnership with or endorsement by Santos FC or any other club, unless expressly announced.
Families
What does the companion do during training?+
Companions can watch the sessions, enjoy the hotel or sign up for optional organized group outings, subject to minimum sign-ups and capacity.
Is transportation individual?+
No. Transportation is collective, following the program schedule and vehicle capacity.
Payments
How do payments work?+
After your group is confirmed: 30% deposit, balance in monthly installments according to the time available, and full payment 45 days before arrival. Enrollments close to the deadline pay in full.
Can prices change after I enroll?+
No. Each enrollment keeps the price and conditions accepted at that moment.
Do I pay STSB or my academy?+
If you joined through a partner academy, the academy collects your payments and remits them to STSB. Your Family Portal shows when the academy received a payment and when STSB reconciled it.
Travel
Are flights included?+
No. International airfare, passport, visa and travel insurance are not included. Airport transfers in Brazil are included and grouped by arrival time.
What if an activity is cancelled because of rain?+
Each outdoor activity has a planned alternative. Changes are communicated in the Family Portal only to the people affected.
